Full spectrum.
Nothing left out.
Every level of recovery support in one integrated system — clinical treatment, housing, employment, digital skills, and peer support. Not separate programs that happen to share a name. A coordinated pathway that follows clients from crisis to community.
Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)
We use evidence-based medications — methadone, buprenorphine/naloxone, and naltrexone — alongside intensive clinical therapy to give clients a chance at real recovery. MAT isn't maintenance. It's treatment. It reduces cravings, stabilizes brain chemistry, and creates the space for healing to begin. Research shows MAT reduces overdose deaths by more than 50%. It's the most effective treatment we have — and we've been doing it every day since we opened.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Most clients begin in IOP — 12 to 20 hours of structured therapy, education, and coping-skills work per week. Sessions include group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric support, and relapse prevention. Clients can live at home, stay in one of our housing levels, or attend while working. The structure depends on their stability, their support system, and where they are in treatment. For some, IOP is a step down after residential. For others, it's the first stop — a safer way to stabilize than going it alone.
Residential Treatment
When clients need more than outpatient care can offer — when they're at high risk of relapse, have no stable place to go, or need around-the-clock support — we offer accredited adult residential treatment. It's not a 30-day detox. Clients stay until they're ready for the next level. That might mean 60 days. It might mean six months. Residential gives clients time to heal in an environment built for it. Staff on-site, structure seven days a week, and every support service under one roof.
Individual & Group Counseling
Licensed therapists who specialize in substance use and co-occurring mental health issues. Trauma-informed care. Cognitive-behavioral approaches. Motivational interviewing. Every client gets one-on-one time — not just when they're in crisis. Group therapy sessions address shared experiences, coping skills, family dynamics, and the life stuff that keeps people stuck. Counselors meet clients where they are. They don't lecture. They build a plan and walk through it together.
Certified Peer Support
People in recovery supporting people in recovery. That's what peer support is. Our peers are trained, certified, and held to professional standards. They work alongside clinical staff. They run groups, attend appointments, help with transportation, and show up when clients need to know they're not alone. Peer support isn't therapy. It's lived experience meeting lived experience. It's proof that recovery is possible — because the person sitting across from you made it through.
Comprehensive Community Support
Recovery doesn't stop at sobriety. Clients need help navigating employment, reconnecting with family, accessing benefits, finding housing, and rebuilding their lives. That's what community support does. It's one-on-one help with the things treatment centers assume someone else will handle. It's walking a client through a job application. Helping them write a letter to their kids. Making sure they have a Medicaid card and know how to use it. Support that follows them even after they leave formal treatment.
Job Readiness & Employment Pathways
We don't just teach résumé writing. We run structured job-readiness programming that leads to real credentials: CPR/first aid, peer-support certification, forklift operator licenses, digital-skills certificates, food-handler permits. Clients work with employment specialists who understand the barriers they're facing — gaps in work history, background checks, lack of references. We help them get hired. We help them stay hired. And when they're ready, we help them build careers.
Digital Skills Training
We teach marketable skills that lead to real income. Graphic design. Content creation. Web development basics. Video production. Clients work on real projects — designing flyers for local nonprofits, building websites for small businesses, editing videos for events. They leave with portfolios. Some go on to freelance. Some get hired. Some just discover they're capable of more than they thought. Digital skills aren't the future. They're employable right now.
Six Levels of Housing
Housing isn't an afterthought. It's part of treatment. We run six levels — from crisis stabilization beds to fully independent apartments. Each level has different expectations. More responsibility. More freedom. Clients move up by showing up, following their treatment plan, staying clean, and proving they can handle the next step. No one gets rushed. No one gets stuck. And no one gets discharged into homelessness because their 30 days are up. Clients earn their housing. And when they move out, they leave with references, a security deposit, and the skills to keep it.
